Pinhão Sauté
Essa é uma receita extremamente simples e deliciosa!
Ingredientes:
250g de pinhão
1/2 colher de sopa de creme vegetal
Salsinha à gosto
Sal à gosto
Modo de Preparo: Coloque o pinhão numa panela de pressão, adicione água até cobrir o pinhão (deixe a água um pouco acima do nível do pinhão) e coloque sal à gosto. Não precisa de muito sal agora, porque na próxima etapa, usamos um pouco de sal.
Piquei a salsinha. Reserve.
Depois que o pinhão estiver cozido, descasque-o e reserve. Em uma frigideira, adicione o creme vegetal e derreta. Coloque o pinhão e deixe-o dourar por uns 5 minutos em fogo baixo, dando uma chacoalhada ocasional na frigideira. Depois de douradinho, é só desligar o fogo, adicionar a salsinha picada e servir.
Dica: Procure por pinhão nas feiras. Aqui na minha cidade eu paguei 3 reais no quilo.
Ps: É possível realizar várias receitas com pinhão. Vou experimentar mais algumas, e se der certo, as coloco aqui.
